Size of rooms was average but very old and run-down. Bathrooms were cramped, poorly equipped and hazardous to shower. Airconditioning controls for all 3 rooms were out of order, always stayed at 20 degree C, freezing! No tea/coffee making facility, no safe. Quality of breakfasts pathetic. Reception staff not friendly at all, then again, generally many unfriendly Thais we encountered on the streets in Hatyai during the 3-days stay there. Frankly, very poor value for money and apprehensive to visit this place again though I last visited this town 18 years ago with great experience of the genuinely friendly Thai people then. There was no hairdryer, safe deposit and coffee/tea making facilities in the room. The breakfast served was pathetic as there was no cereals (cornflakes) and bread served.
