The entire place is very clean and 10 minutes walk to the beach.There are also plenty of good and cheap food around the hotel vicinity.Will definitely offer this place." |

The gym was nice and our rooms came with free Thai boxing lessins. My family really liked that. The climbing wall was not in use and that was the main reason we chose this hotel. We had no trouble with our booking. The rooms were ready and next to each other as we requested." |

Sawasdee must have 24 hr. hotline service or atleast post emergency contact number. She did not have service mind at all. When I arrive there the reception said that she did not have my booking data then she cannot open room for me. Even I show her a voucher she said that I book with agency I did not book with Fairtex then she cannot take responsibility. And she never show her attitude or service mind at all to help solve customer s problem. It s seem like my fault that I book with agency not booking directly with Fairtex. I try to contact Sawasdee but it s 10 pm already then I cannot get help from Sawasdee. I have to ask for her manager number and dial from my own mobile phone to contact her manager.
