Sawadee agency is very good and staff is very helpful. It is a fair distance from the air port but right under a flight path. This isn t too obvious in the hotel, but it is noisy in the pool and grounds. Rooms not very inspiring, decor in need of refurbishment. For the sake of staying in the taxi for ten minutes longer we could have stayed at much better hotels in the centre of Bangkok.
