by MINNEBOIS Visit Date:July 19, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "BAD BAD badROOM : very very outdated and old fashion, dangerous electricity plugs and also not working correctly (you can not have the tv and the fan at the same time) and also when you plug something in some flames are coming out., only the beds were goodairco : not working well enough, so you need the fanbathroom : small ants every whereswimming pool ; not usable, dirty, green, when asked the manager said it was just cleaned up, no way !!!!breakfast : bad even the fried rice was not correct !!!Lobby : nice space but so old and somber, feeling of communist countries...DO NOT GO THERE <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" |
by นวอร Visit Date:May 3, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "เข้าพักเมื่อ 2 - 3 พฤษภา 2553 พนักงาน เจ้าหน้าที่น่ารักทุกคนค่ะ บริการดี แต่ ห้องพักเก่ามาก พักที่ห้อง 703 ของทุกอย่างเก่า ผ้าปูเตียงขาด ห้องน้ำไม่สะอาด แอร์ไม่เย็น น้ำไหลเป็นสีน้ำตาล ต้องเปิดนานหน่อยถึงจะใสขึ้น น้ำมีกลิ่นสนิม ม่านพลาสติกสำหรับ Shower มีราขึ้นเป็นดวงๆ ทางโรงแรมเปลี่ยนห้องให้เนื่องจากแอร์ไม่เย็น เป็นห้อง 725 ห้องก็ยังเก่าอยู่ ทุกอย่างเหมือนเดิม เก่าและไม่สะอาด แต่แอร์เย็นขึ้น ถ้าไปราชบุรี เลือกที่พักที่อื่นเถอะค่ะ ขนาดโต๊ะทานข้าวในห้องอาหารยังไม่สะอาดเลย ห้องที่ไปพักเป็น Deluxe ราคาคืนละ 1 พันกว่าบาท ไม่คุ้มเลยค่ะ คาดว่าคงไม่ไปพักอีกแล้วค่ะ <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" |

Good and efficient service. I had quick replies that were informative and accurate. It was a big and quiet hotel with friendly staff that made you feel welcome. The rooms are clean and good value for money in my opinion. I was there with twelve guests and they all enjoyed there stay.As a suggestion, I would change the restaurant page on the website to bar and restaurant, as it isn t clear if alcohol can be purchased in the hotel, which clearly it can.
